Each ingredient is very beneficial for your face. Toning, exfoliating, moisturizing all in one! Can be used day and night. Best to cleanse face with a paper towel because wash cloth holds germs. Avoid getting in eyes, and wear an old shirt because tumeric can stain clothes.
